- 🥒 1 cucumber
Seasoning
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Chili threads, as needed
SCHRITTE
Remove the strings from the celery and slice diagonally. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and slice diagonally. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and let sit for 5 minutes, then drain the excess water.
In a bowl, combine the celery, cucumber, and the seasoning ingredients. Mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
