Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
- 🍚 1 serving cooked rice
- 🥚 2-3 eggs
- Adequate amount of mayonnaise
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
Sauce Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 green chili
SCHRITTE
Mix all sauce ingredients together to make the marinade. Add extra green chili if you prefer more spice.
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and coat them with the marinade.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken on low heat. Add small amounts of water to prevent the sauce from burning.
Place cooked rice in a bowl and top it with the cooked spicy chicken.
Scramble eggs in a pan with generous oil. Ensure the oil is hot before adding the eggs for quick and fluffy results.
Arrange scrambled eggs around the rice and chicken in the bowl.
Drizzle mayonnaise thinly over the dish and sprinkle seaweed flakes on top.
