Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 pieces chicken breast (120g each)
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 Some carrot
- 🥬 Some cabbage
- Some green chili
- 🧄 Some green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 1/2 cup water
SCHRITTE
Defrost the chicken breast in cold water for 10 minutes.
Mix all seasoning ingredients except water to create the marinade.
Cut the defrosted chicken into 2-3 cm cubes.
Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade and set aside.
Chop the vegetables (potato, onion, carrot, cabbage, green chili, green onion) into appropriate sizes.
In a deep pan, layer the chopped vegetables and place the marinated chicken on top.
Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Cook until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve hot on a plate and enjoy your spicy chicken stir-fry!
