SCHRITTE
Prepare the shrimp by removing the shells and deveining. Make a cut along the belly and flatten.
Mix breadcrumbs and chili powder in a bowl.
Coat the shrimp with mayonnaise and then cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
