ZUTATEN
Meat
- 120g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g chopped cabbage
- 🥕 50g sliced carrot
- 60g sliced green bell pepper
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp spice mix
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into 3cm squares. Slice the carrot into thin strips and cut the bell pepper into 1cm wide slices.
In a bowl, mix pork with sake, salt, and pepper. Massage the seasoning into the meat.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add carrot and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Then add bean sprouts and bell pepper, stir-frying quickly.
Sprinkle spice mix over the stir-fry and mix well.
