- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
SCHRITTE
Slice the bell pepper into thin strips after removing the stem and seeds.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add bean sprouts and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry quickly until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, doubanjiang, salt, and pepper) and mix well.
