- 1 block of konjac
- 1 green pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sliced chili
SCHRITTE
Boil water in a pot, add konjac, blanch briefly, drain, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stem and seeds from the green pepper and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add konjac and green pepper, and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add the seasoning mix (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, chili) and stir-fry until thickened.
