ZUTATEN
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red chili, seeds removed, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into 4cm pieces, slice the green onion thinly, and remove seeds from the red chili before slicing.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, miso, sugar, and grated ginger) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the cabbage, green onion, and red chili.
Once the cabbage becomes tender, add the mixed seasonings and stir-fry until well combined.
