- 🐖 720g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 handfuls cabbage
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🧅 1 medium onion
- 2 chili peppers
- 10 perilla leaves
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Slice the onion thinly, cut the green onion and chili peppers diagonally, and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the perilla leaves into thirds.
Mix the pork, prepared vegetables (except perilla leaves), and all seasonings in a bowl.
Stir-fry the mixture in a pan over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and cook until the pork is fully cooked.
Add the perilla leaves and stir-fry briefly before serving.
