- 250g bean sprouts
- 🧅 50g sliced onion
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, sliced
Protein
- 90g Vienna sausages, cut into thirds
Condiments
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 🍬 0.7 tbsp sugar
- 0.2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp spicy chili powder
SCHRITTE
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, black pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili powder) in advance.
Mince the garlic and slice the onion and red chilies.
Cut the Vienna sausages into thirds.
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and remove excess water.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add chili oil. Stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the Vienna sausages and cook until golden brown.
Increase the heat to medium-high, add the sliced onion, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the bean sprouts, red chilies, and prepared seasoning. Stir-fry for 15 seconds.
Remove from heat immediately and serve.
