Main Ingredients
- 1 can spicy tuna
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 0.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
SCHRITTE
Chop 1/4 onion finely.
In a pan, combine gochujang, sugar, red pepper flakes, and ketchup.
Add the chopped onion and 1 can of spicy tuna to the pan.
Stir-fry the mixture until well combined.
Add 1 bowl of cooked rice and mix well with the sauce.
Spread the fried rice evenly in the pan and top with mozzarella cheese.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the cheese melt.
Serve and enjoy your spicy tuna fried rice.
