- 1/3 bag of bean sprouts

- 🐟 3 tbsp dried jako (baby sardines)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces. Place spinach and bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add dried jako, and stir-fry until crispy.
In a bowl, combine spinach, bean sprouts, soy sauce, and crispy jako. Mix well and serve.
