ZUTATEN
Protein
- 300g ground pork
- 🥚 4 eggs
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 handfuls of spinach
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 🧅 1 spring onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- Pinch of ground pepper
Cooking Oil
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
SCHRITTE
Wash all ingredients thoroughly, especially spinach, under running water.
Chop spring onion, red chili, and green chili finely.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add spring onion and minced garlic, and sauté.
Add red chili and green chili to the pan and continue sautéing over medium heat.
Add ground pork to the pan, season with 1 tbsp soy sauce and a pinch of pepper, and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp anchovy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 0.5 tbsp sugar to the pan. Then add spinach and stir-fry until wilted.
Fry eggs separately to your preferred doneness.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with stir-fried pork and spinach, and add fried eggs. Optionally, garnish with sautéed tomatoes.
