- 🥬 1 bunch spinach

- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 0.5 tsp salt
SCHRITTE
Mash 1/2 block of tofu using the back of a knife.
Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and 0.5 tbsp sugar to create the seasoning. Adjust salt to taste.
Add the mashed tofu to a pan and pour half of the prepared seasoning. Stir-fry until the moisture evaporates, then transfer to a bowl.
Clean the spinach thoroughly under running water, removing any dirty leaves.
Cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces and blanch in boiling water with 0.5 tsp salt for 20 seconds.
Drain and rinse the spinach in cold water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Combine the spinach with the tofu in the bowl, add the remaining seasoning, and mix thoroughly by hand.
Taste and adjust seasoning with 0.5 tsp salt if needed. Serve and enjoy.
