Main Ingredients
- 1 pack acorn jelly
- 250g spring cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Separate the spring cabbage leaves and wash them thoroughly.
Shake off excess water and cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the acorn jelly and onion into bite-sized pieces and add them to a bowl with the cabbage.
Mix all the seasonings in a separate bowl and pour over the ingredients.
Gently toss the salad until evenly coated and serve in a dish.
