- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp consomme
Liquids
- 💧 400 ml water
Garnish
- Chopped parsley to taste
SCHRITTE
Cut sausages diagonally into thirds.
Slice spring onion into 1 cm widths.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sausages and spring onion, sauté until the onion softens. Add curry powder and stir briefly.
Add water, salt, and consomme. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes and simmer for 3 more minutes. Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley.
