Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 50g sprouts
Dressing
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧅 1/2 tbsp minced green onion
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 坚果 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
SCHRITTE
Rinse the sprouts in cold water and drain them.
Boil the tofu briefly and drain the water.
Cut the tofu into square pieces and place them on a plate. Add the sprouts on top.
Prepare the dressing by mixing all the listed ingredients and drizzle over the salad before serving.
