SCHRITTE
Chop the squid into coarse pieces for better texture.
Trim the thick stems of the crown daisy and finely chop the leaves.
Combine the chopped squid and crown daisy in a mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 cup tempura flour, 1 egg, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
Add a small amount of water and mix until the batter holds together.
Heat a pan and generously add cooking oil. Scoop a spoonful of batter and shape it into a round pancake.
Flip the pancake once the edges become crispy.
Cook on medium-low heat, flipping occasionally, until golden brown on both sides.
