Main Ingredients
- 🦑 1 whole squid
- 🥓 300g pork belly
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
SCHRITTE
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Slice the onion and green onion.
Clean and prepare the squid, making shallow cuts if desired.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan and cook the pork belly first.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces while cooking.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry with the pork belly.
Add the prepared seasoning mixture to the pan and stir well.
Add the sliced onion and green onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Continue stir-frying over medium-high heat until all ingredients are cooked through.
Drizzle sesame oil over the dish.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well before serving.
