- 🐚 500 g clams (shell-on, sand removed)
Vegetables
- 🍄 120 g king oyster mushrooms
- 🌿 3 tbsp minced parsley
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 whole red chilies
Condiments
- 🍷 2 tbsp white wine (or sake)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🍞 1/3 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
SCHRITTE
Clean the clams thoroughly to remove sand and impurities.
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and red chilies until fragrant.
Add clams and white wine to the pan, cover, and steam until the clams open.
Add king oyster mushrooms, parsley, breadcrumbs, and pepper to the pan. Stir gently to combine.
