SCHRITTE
Chop the mitsuba into 3cm pieces.
Scrub the clam shells together to clean them, then drain the water.
Place the clams and sake in a frying pan, cover with a lid, and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the clams open.
Serve the clams on a plate and garnish with chopped mitsuba.
