Main Ingredients
- 🎃 1 whole pumpkin
- 1 pack smoked duck
- 🧀 1 pack mozzarella cheese
- 🧅 16 cm green onion
- 🧅 1 whole onion
- 2 bell peppers
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
SCHRITTE
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly using baking soda and rinse with clean water.
Place the pumpkin upside down and microwave for 5-7 minutes depending on its size.
Prepare the vegetables: chop green onion, onion, and bell peppers.
Mix the seasoning sauce ingredients: gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sugar, corn syrup, sesame seeds, and cooking wine.
Pan-fry the smoked duck to remove excess fat and set aside.
Stir-fry the prepared vegetables using the duck fat.
Add the cooked duck and seasoning sauce to the vegetables and stir-fry until well combined.
Cut the microwaved pumpkin lid and remove the seeds inside.
Fill 3/4 of the pumpkin with the stir-fried duck mixture.
Fill the remaining 1/4 of the pumpkin with mozzarella cheese.
Cover the pumpkin with its lid and microwave for 3.5 minutes.
Cut the sides of the pumpkin to create a flower-like shape and remove the lid.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish and serve.
