Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 💧 50 ml water
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
SCHRITTE
Cut the napa cabbage in half and steam it until wilted, about 8 minutes.
Chop the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and green onion finely.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, water, and cooking wine to make the sauce.
