Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
- 🥬 150g cabbage
Meat
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Liquid
- 💧 50cc water
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2g bonito flakes
SCHRITTE
Cut the garlic chives into 3cm pieces and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, ginger, and bonito flakes) in a bowl.
Place cabbage and garlic chives in a frying pan, layer pork slices on top, pour water, cover with a lid, and steam on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, stir lightly, and sauté briefly before removing from the pan.
Add the sauce mixture to the remaining liquid in the pan and bring to a boil to create the sauce.
Serve the cooked pork and vegetables on a plate and drizzle the sauce over them.
