- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms, trimmed
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Slice zucchini into rounds, chop yellow bell pepper, and trim shimeji mushrooms.
In a bowl, mix shrimp with sake, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add zucchini, shimeji mushrooms, and shrimp. Stir until coated with oil.
Add soy sauce, sake, and yellow bell pepper. Cover and steam over medium heat for 5 minutes.
