- 🍗 1 chicken breast
- 1 sheet nori
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 piece ginger
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
SCHRITTE
Cut the nori sheet in half, then slice horizontally into 6 equal strips.
Place the chicken breast in a bowl, pierce it with a fork in several places, and slice it into 1cm wide strips.
Add soy sauce and sake to the bowl. Peel and grate the ginger, then mix it into the marinade. Let the chicken marinate.
Wrap each chicken strip with a nori strip, then coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C, ensuring the oil is about 1cm deep. Fry the wrapped chicken strips for about 5 minutes.
