- 1 piece (200g) atsuage
- 2 tbsp chirimen jako
Vegetables
- 1 bunch komatsuna
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
SCHRITTE
Cut the atsuage and komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, add chirimen jako, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add atsuage and komatsuna.
Once the komatsuna stems become tender, add mentsuyu, sake, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry until well combined.
