SCHRITTE
Cut the atsuage and komatsuna into bite-sized pieces. Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the atsuage and stir-fry until browned, then add the komatsuna and stir-fry briefly.
Add the cod roe, sake, and soy sauce, and stir-fry until evenly combined.
