- 190g canned mackerel in water

- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

SCHRITTE
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add canned mackerel. Break it apart and stir-fry briefly.
Spread bean sprouts over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds over medium heat.
Remove the lid and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until the bean sprouts soften. Add salt and pepper, then mix well.
