SCHRITTE
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the bell peppers, and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add sake and salmon flakes to the pan, stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add white sesame seeds and mix well.
