- 🦐 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
Vegetables
- 🥦 125g broccoli, cut into small florets
- 75g red bell pepper, sliced

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Cut broccoli into small florets. Place broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Slice red bell pepper into bite-sized triangular pieces.
Peel and devein shrimp, then rinse under water and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry until they change color. Add red bell pepper and broccoli, stir-frying until coated with oil. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry to combine.
