SCHRITTE
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add water, cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and stir lightly.
Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined.
