Main Ingredients
- 2 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 5 chili peppers
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Spicy Stir-fry Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- a dash of plum extract
- a dash of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Slice chili peppers, fish cake, and onion into appropriate sizes. Cut green onion diagonally.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in advance.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry fish cake, onion, and chili peppers.
Once the onion becomes slightly translucent, add the prepared sauce.
Stir-fry gently on low heat until the sauce is evenly coated.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish.
