ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 1 pack pea shoots
- 50g kimchi
Oil and Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- To taste white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 To taste salt and pepper
SCHRITTE
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them in half.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add kimchi and stir-fry.
Add the pea shoots and stir-fry together.
Add sake, oyster sauce, and salt and pepper, then stir briefly.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
