Protein
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 pack (200g) konjac noodles
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 2 green peppers
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Garnish
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Rinse the konjac noodles and cut them into shorter lengths if desired.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the sliced pork and cook until browned.
Add the konjac noodles, red bell pepper, shimeji mushrooms, and green peppers to the pan.
Mix the sake, sugar, soy sauce, and salt and pepper. Pour over the stir-fry and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top before serving.
