- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 250g pea shoots
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 1 scallion, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
SCHRITTE
Cut the roots off the pea shoots and shimeji mushrooms. Chop pea shoots into bite-sized pieces and separate the shimeji mushrooms. Mince the scallion.
In a bowl, mix the pork with salt, pepper, sake, and cornstarch. Massage the mixture into the pork.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and shimeji mushrooms, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Add the pea shoots and stir-fry briefly. Then add the minced scallion and the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, salt, chicken stock powder, garlic paste, sesame oil). Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
