ZUTATEN
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/8 head cabbage (150g)
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 30g sake lees
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
SCHRITTE
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Slice the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and julienne the ginger.
In a bowl, mix sake lees with sake and mirin gradually until dissolved. Add remaining seasonings and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and ginger, stir-frying until the pork changes color.
Add cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
