SCHRITTE
Cut the potato into 1cm-wide julienne slices. Soak in water and drain well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until translucent and cooked through.
Add salted kombu and white sesame seeds. Stir-fry until well combined.
