Main Ingredients
- 1 can (400g) canned sea snails
- 🧄 7-10 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 green chilies
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Drain the canned sea snails and cut larger pieces into bite-sized chunks.
Slice garlic into thin pieces, chop onion into bite-sized chunks, and optionally slice green chilies.
Mix the seasoning ingredients: soy sauce, minced garlic, cooking wine, sugar, and corn syrup.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and sauté garlic and onion until the onion turns slightly translucent.
Add the sea snails, green chilies, and prepared seasoning to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat.
Cook until the garlic turns golden and the dish is evenly cooked. Serve on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
