- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

Seasoning

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp gochujang
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the onion.
Combine all seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sake, sugar, sesame oil, gochujang) in a pan.
Add the squid and onion to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the squid changes color.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
