Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Slice the zucchini into half-moons and the onion into thin slices.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the zucchini and onion until almost cooked.
Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, green onion, and minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture and stir well.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
