ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 red chili, minced
- 1 green chili, minced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp chili powder
SCHRITTE
Pat dry the tofu with a paper towel.
Cut the tofu into thick, large pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat and fry the tofu until golden brown.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Mince the red chili and green chili finely.
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and chili powder to create the sauce.
Slice the onion thinly and sauté in a separate pan until slightly softened.
Spread the sauce evenly over the fried tofu and simmer on low heat.
Top the tofu with the sautéed onions and serve.
