- 🍚 1 cup of rice cake slices
- A small amount of cooking oil
- 🥜 A small amount of crushed peanuts
- 🌿 A small amount of parsley flakes
Seasoning
- 🧈 1/2 tbsp butter
- 🍯 An appropriate amount of honey
SCHRITTE
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and fry the rice cakes until they become soft.
Add butter to the pan and melt it while frying the rice cakes until golden brown.
Add honey to taste and mix well.
Turn off the heat and tilt the pan to coat the rice cakes evenly with the seasoning.
Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the rice cakes and mix lightly.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley flakes before serving.
