ZUTATEN
Meat
- 250g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 leek (120g), white part cut into 4cm pieces
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Cut the white part of the leek into 4cm pieces and finely chop the green part.
In a plastic bag, combine ground pork, chopped green leek, and the meat seasoning ingredients. Knead until sticky. Cut a small corner of the bag.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Squeeze the pork mixture into bite-sized pieces directly into the pan. Add the white leek pieces and cook until browned, flipping occasionally.
Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and simmer until thickened, coating the tsukune and leeks.
