ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 1/4 daikon (about 300g), peeled
- 1/2 bunch komatsuna (about 100g)
Meat
- 150g sliced beef
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
Other
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
SCHRITTE
Peel the daikon and slice it thinly using a peeler.
Cut the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.
Season the beef with a pinch of salt and coat lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until browned.
Add the daikon slices and stir-fry until softened.
Add sugar and soy sauce, and stir well to coat the ingredients evenly.
Finally, add the komatsuna and stir-fry briefly until wilted.
