- 🥔 3 medium potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion

- 10 Vienna sausages
Condiments
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 8 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- ✨ to taste sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a deep, narrow pan.
Add 2 tbsp of corn syrup and 8 tbsp of water to the pan.
Cover the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp of cooking wine and 3 tbsp of soy sauce to the pan.
Add the chopped onion and stir-fry until softened.
Cut the Vienna sausages into halves or thirds and add them to the pan.
Add 2 more tbsp of corn syrup and 1 tbsp of fish sauce.
Once the sauce is well absorbed, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
