ZUTATEN
Meat
- 800g pork spare ribs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
SCHRITTE
Pat the pork spare ribs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pressure cooker over low heat, then add the ribs. Cook on medium heat, flipping occasionally, until both sides are well browned.
Add all sauce ingredients to the pressure cooker and mix well. Cover and heat on medium until pressure builds, then cook on low pressure for 15 minutes.
After cooking, let the pressure release naturally. Remove the lid and heat on medium to reduce the sauce, coating the ribs as it thickens.
Plate the ribs and garnish with chopped green onions.
