- Potato starch, as needed

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch. Quarter the onion.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the salmon until its color changes.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until the liquid reduces.
