    • 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
    • 1 piece ginger, julienned
    • 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame

Slice burdock root thinly at an angle and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain. Trim enoki mushrooms and cut into thirds, then separate by hand. Julienne the ginger.

Heat sesame oil and ginger in a frying pan until fragrant. Add beef and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.

Add burdock root and enoki mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame) and cook until the liquid reduces.

Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
