- 🦐 8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
Vegetables
- 100g frozen bell peppers, semi-thawed
- 5 frozen green beans, semi-thawed
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced into 2cm pieces
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauces
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Semi-thaw the frozen bell peppers and green beans. Cut the green beans into 3cm pieces.
Dice the onion into 2cm pieces.
Peel and devein the shrimp. Wash and pat dry, then season with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they change color.
Add the onion, bell peppers, and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the sweet chili sauce, sake, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until well combined.
